Living with Loss
This group is designed to provide emotional support to help normalize feelings of loss and work through the process of grieving. Through the experiences of its members, we will find ways to help you cope in everyday life and seek out resources that will help you after having lost someone close to you.
The Language of Love
Love is the most important and most confusing word in the English language. Couples who understand each other’s love language have an advantage to finding lasting love. Learn what your “emotional love tank” is all about and how to make sure it is always full.
The ABCs of Feeling Good – No Matter What!
This group focuses on coping with difficult life situations and how to feel better when faced with them. You can control your emotional destiny and insist on feeling good – be happy under the most difficult and “impossible” situations. Be independent, inner-directed, and think for yourself. DEMAND to be happy and join us.
Clean, Sober . . . And Happy!
This group deals with living a clean and sober life without the need to self-medicate. Share with one another how sobriety, from drugs and/or alcohol, has become a natural lifestyle to enjoy. Let’s discuss how to maintain sobriety or what to do if we slip. Sobriety can be a joyful experience – preferable to drinking and drugging!
