Yoga Classes with Jay Weichun

Welcome back to Jay, and thanks to Bridgette for keeping us limber while Jay was on vacation!
Jay has been
practicing yoga for ten years. He has studied with Pam Flynn,
Lisa Jaya Waters, and at the Atma Vikasa School of Yogic
Sciences in Mysore, India. His classes focus on slow flowing
and restorative postures with emphasis on the breath and
cultivating inner awareness.
Yoga mats and equipment will be provided.
COST: Sliding Scale from $5.00 to $10.00 per session (please bring exact change)

Healing Light Meditation Circle
Monday, September 13, 2010 7:00 PM (directly following Yoga)

Healing Light Meditation Circle (HLMC) is a group of people who will gather together once a month, usually on the second Monday of each month, to send healing energy into the universe.
HLMC will choose a different issue or concern each month on which the group will focus and send out healing energy: the Earth, the Gulf oil spill, World hunger, Wildlife issues, HIV/AIDS and so on. At the end of each session, group members will be invited to put the names of loved ones into the circle to send healing, loving energy to each of them.
The circle is an open-ended group experience with rotating facilitators. You can join us at every meeting or just come when you feel the need to be a part of the Healing Light Meditation Circle.
Please be aware that candles and incense will be used during each session.
Due to the nature of this experience, no one will be admitted after the first 15 minutes of the starting time.
